great campsite, friendly stuff but way too many emailing going on Spam

the campsite is nice and they have really friendly people Especially Ivonne at the reception and Philipe from the bar Big problem though, which causes the three star rating otherwise it would have been five from myself The company fills your spam folder with emails each and every day Please stop doing this Two emails should be enough One for confirmation of the booking and one after leaving the campsite containing the details of the stay and a receipt

Wir haben beobachtet dass Hundebesitzer ihre Hunde auf dem Platz ihre Markierungsgeschäft an fremden Parzellen machen lassen, das ist ekelhaft, ich kenne Plätze da gibt es Areale die die Hunde nicht verlassen dürfen und für die Geschäfte einen separaten Bereich. Für ältere Leute ist der Schwimmbereich auch nicht attraktiv, da lassen die Bademeister zu dass Kinder mit Schwimmflügeln im Becken planschen, obwohl es nicht erlaubt ist. Wir werden ihren Platz nicht mehr anfahren.

Site looked great but in reality is not close to any tourist attractions either walking or cycling.

Site looked great but in reality is not close to any tourist attractions either walking or cycling. No hot water in showers for duration of our stay. Menu in cafe "out of date" so only pizzas. Entire one hour of welcome meeting in French only so English, Irish, Dutch had no idea. Pitch good size but little grass leading to mud when raining. Plus point .. quiet.

There are better sites on Ile de Re

Doesn?t appear to be a level pitch on the site and as the ground is sandy the ramps are ineffective, sadly booked for 3 nights so didn?t sleep well. Electricity supply was very poor, batteries lost charge during stay?! 1st evening tried to have a drink and meal at the restaurant however it was booked out to a ?large party? so had to walk on. The Aire at the front (where you have to empty water and fill up water) appears to be superior to the actual campsite. Will not be coming back.

Leider waren wir diesmal enttäuscht worden. Dieser Platz hatte nicht den sonst gewohnten Sandaya Standart. Der gemietete Kühlschrank kam völlig verdreckt zu uns. Erst zwei Beschwerden an der Rezeption sorgten dafür, dass dieser nach zwei Tagen endlich gereinigt wurde. Das Waschhaus neben unserem Stellplatz war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und zeitweise ganz geschlossen, an den Spülbecken von diesem Waschhaus gab es kein heißes Wasser! Leider waren auch die Grünflächen nicht oder nur sehr vereinzelt gemäht. Am Stellplatz selbst gab es keinen CEE Anschluss, weshalb man sich dann erstmal was mit einem Schukostecker basteln musste.
