Disappointing

Mobile homes are very close to eachother, not as depicted in the photos so you can smell smoke of your neighbours. Noisey in the evenings due to parties. Compulsory for men to wear tight shorts in the pool.

Toilet facilities could be improved and the broken Elsan point needs fixing. The entertainment area was very crammed and tries to do too much in a small space. Not enough staff to serve all customers adequately. The language barrier in the entertainment excluded most of the other nationalities as French was only spoken . This even resulted in me going to speak to the entertainment staff after the show to ask what they were saying

Ein sehr schöner Campingplatz, auch die Waschhäuser, schönes Angebot, toller und direkter Zugang zum Strand. Besonders die Atmosphäre hat uns gut gefallen - sehr freundlich, sehr offen. Unsere negativen Punkte: Der Stellplatz war sehr offen und zu wenig abgegrenzt zu den anderen. Darüber hinaus wurden die Waschhäuser zu selten gereinigt. Außerdem wäre es aus meiner Perspektive wichtig gewesen, dass uns IM VORFELD gesagt wird, dass der Hund zwar auf dem Campingplatz, aber nicht am Strand willkommen ist.

Schöner Platz, unangemessener hoher Preis

Der Platz ist wunderschön. Wir kommen seit 17 Jahren hier her. In diesem Jahr hat der Betreiber gewechselt. Die Preise wurden verdoppelt. Die Preiserhöhung ist nicht gerechtfertigt und hat keinen Gegenwert. Die Sanitäranlagen wurden verschlimmbessert. Die alten luftigen Häuser wurden abgerissen und durch schlecht belüftete Häuser ersetzt. Es gibt keine Pissoirs mehr, warum auch immer, eine Zumutung für Frauen. Viele alte Bekannte kommen wegen der Preiserhöhung nicht mehr. Schade.

Zu voll und zuviel Lärm, überwiegend nur Niederländer, Franzosen und Spanier auf dem Platz. Dementsprechend ist auch die Animation. Die Toilettenhäuser in unserem Bereich waren Katastrophal von der Ausstattung. Die Putzfrauen waren von morgens bis abends am Reinigen trotzdem waren häufig die Toiletten und Duschräume dreckig, daß liegt aber leider an den Urlaubern die ihren Dreck nicht wegmachen. Für uns kommt dieser Platz nicht mehr infrage.

Village Vacances Sandaya Cap Sud Venzolasca

3 instead of 4/5 stars

Sandaya promotes itself with 4 to 5 stars. That may be true due to the pool facilities but the customer service is not 5 stars. There are some great people (boy and girl at the snacks are super friendly, woman at the supermarket and pizza are great) but also bad examples (not speaking English and telling there is no menu and you just need to guess at the bar or the reception sending us with a taxi to town when everything is closed due to public holiday. Also the WiFi is exhausted because of too many connections. The animation team is great but there is a lack of management and investment to offer a 5 star camping place

Rude staff let site down

Site has great potential but restaurant, bar and pool staff rude. Seem to be intolerant of English, despite us speaking French at all times. Pools too small but site has good facilities. Disappointed to have to hire a BBQ when other sites include them.

Stuff in charge for safety measures in swimming pool area are not professionals, nor capable of taking good care of swimming pool full of small kids while adolescence are jumping into the water completely unaware of possible danger they can cause. If we as parents have to remind them all the time about what is going on while they are checking their phones, then something is not right. I don't know how management of the site came to an idea that it is ok to allow jumping into the swimming pool full of people, maybe to think about that twice. Safety measures must be a priority in a place you have so many people with very small kids at relatively small area. Nature is beautiful, cottages are nice. I don't know how someone is checking the level of cleanliness after people are cleaning the houses by themselves, but it could and should be better. Food at the restoran is decent. Overall, place with good potential to become better!

Bungalow très agréable et en excellent état par contre l?emplacement que ns avions était très petit,

Bungalow très agréable et en excellent état par contre l’emplacement que ns avions était très petit, tout juste de quoi mettre la voiture entre l’autre bungalow sur le côté mais c’est surtout le vis à vis avec les bungalows d’en face qui est très gênante, nous sommes tous dans le même sens à se regarder !! Alors qu’il suffirait comme dans bcp de camping !! d’alterner les sens pour ne pas avoir de vis à vis et préserver l’intimité de chacun et rendre le séjour plus agréable. Et surtout que tout le camping n’est pas comme l’allée où ns étions, il y avait des allées avec des espaces plus grands et avec moins de vis à vis et avec des bungalows comme le notre !! Donc pourquoi tant de différence pour le même type de location !!
