3 instead of 4/5 stars
Sandaya promotes itself with 4 to 5 stars. That may be true due to the pool facilities but the customer service is not 5 stars. There are some great people (boy and girl at the snacks are super friendly, woman at the supermarket and pizza are great) but also bad examples (not speaking English and telling there is no menu and you just need to guess at the bar or the reception sending us with a taxi to town when everything is closed due to public holiday. Also the WiFi is exhausted because of too many connections. The animation team is great but there is a lack of management and investment to offer a 5 star camping place
