Never again. 50% of the Staff cant speak English. They didnt allow my black kids to use the pool area with a normal swim shorts. The white guys were allowed to use it. Thanks for nothing. 1400€ wasted.

Overall very disappointed

Treehouse not comfortable, lack of storage space; staff unfriendly, we were made to feel like an inconvenience; campsite not set up for families without cars; pool overcrowded and smelly. Shop very expensive, though staff there friendly. WiFi charges unrealistic for 2023! Overall very disappointed.

Overall it was very dated and run down compared with the cabins that the rest of our group had, who all paid a similar price.

Sehr kleine und dunkle Stellplätze. Abgenutzter Zustand.

Sehr kleine und in unserem Fall dunkle Stellplätze. Man steht Wand an Wand mit den Nachbarn. Absolut keine Privatsphäre. Die Sanitäranlagen sind in einem schlechten Zustand. Alles sehr abgenutzt, Stockflecken im gesamten Duschbereich. Die Fotos der Anlage auf der Homepage und in der Broschüre stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. Wir haben den Urlaub vorzeitig abgebrochen. War schon auf anderen Plätzen von Sandaya, die absolut empfehlenswert sind. Dieser leider nicht.

Die Nachtruhe wurde komplett nicht eingehalten auf dem gesamten Campingplatz und es wurde seitens der Betreiber nichts dagegen unternommen. Die Duschen und Toiletten waren teilweise beschädigt und in einem schlechten Sauberkeitszustand obwohl ständig Putzkolonnen unterwegs waren. Insgesamt eben ein sehr großer Campingplatz der scheinbar schwer in Schuss zu halten ist.

The route we were taken to our pitch was not possible with the size of our vehicle. On leaving the site, our caravan was damaged on a pillar. The paths on the site are too narrow and pillars are located in unsuitable places.

campsite is very overpriced, inedible food. Would not revisit.

this campsite is overpriced, the facilities were not clean, the swimming pool was fun and the children enjoyed it but we were served the worst food (pizza) from the snack bar that we have ever eaten in a campsite in 20 years of camping. It cost 40 euros for 3 pizzas and we had to throw them away as they were inedible.
