Je suis venue l'an dernier et j'avais été séduite par ce camping et surtout son environnement et sa végétation. Le restaurant était aussi véritablement un plus, raffiné avec un rapport qualité prix très correct. Cette année il a été remplacé par un snack de grande surface, nul pour un camping qui se dit de 5 étoiles. Pas de douches à la piscine, les gens entrent couverts d'huile ou transpirant dans la piscine. Je n'ai pas eu de TV pendant 5 jours, pas de WIFI jusqu'à la fin de mo séjour. SANDAYA a choisi la rentabilité à tout prix et cela se voit trop.

we were disappointed in the overall experience of the campsite.

We were disappointed in the overall experience of the campsite. The grounds were not well kept and the facilities looked tired - it was much nicer when we stayed here with Eurocamp. Our premium cottage was anything but premium. It looked tired, lacked a lot of basic kitchen equipment and the sun bed mattress was filthy.

Sin servicio para la capacidad del camping, estando todas las mesas del restaurante vacías, pero reservadas, quisimos ir al bar a comer algo, donde tampoco nos pudieron atender porque decían que tenían la cocina bloqueada por el take away, que todos compartían la misma cocina. Con lo que no quiero pensar que pasaría cuando las reservas del restaurante llegarán. Considero que el take away debería tener su propia cocina y no ocupar la capacidad del bar y restaurante. En nuestro caso tuvimos que ir fuera del camping para poder comer.

Camping Sandaya Le Kérou Clohars Carnoet

Gute Lage

Der Platz ist schön gelegen aber es gibt leider ein paar Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten. Zuerst das Positive: Der Platz liegt sehr schön, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Meer und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ein guter Standort. Wir hatten einen Stellplatz mit privatem Sanitärhaus. Das Bad war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Das Spülbecken am Häuschen hat aber keine Ablagefläche für Geschirr. Wir haben nur einen kleinen Anhänger und hatten trotzdem Probleme mit der Stellplatzgröße, da umstehende größere Wohnmobile weit herausgeragt haben. Der Platz ist ordentlich aber leider nicht sehr liebevoll angelegt. Wir haben Blühflächen vermisst. Außerdem führt der Weg am Versorgungsbereich und dem Lager vorbei, der sicher auch etwas netter abgegrenzt werden könnte. Der Bar-/Restaurantbereich ist sehr spartanisch gestaltet. Ohne eine Info war dienstags geschlossen obwohl nur montags als Ruhetag ausgewiesen ist. Das Personal dort ist aber sehr freundlich. Der Badebereich ist langweilig gestaltet, da sind wir von Sandaya anderes gewohnt. Statt eines kleinen Ladens gibt es leider nur einen Lebensmittelapparat, der auch den Brötchenservice abdecken soll. Am ersten Tag gab es um 9:30 Uhr schon kein Baguette und Croissant mehr, am nächsten Tag war das Brot nicht mehr knusprig. Und der Apparat ist auch nicht sehr bedienerfreundlich. An der Rezeption wurden wir bei Anreise freundlich empfangen, leider gab es keine Infos zum Platz und der Umgebung in Schriftform. Die Mitarbeitenden auf dem Gelände haben überwiegend nicht gegrüßt und die Geschwindigkeitsbeschränkung gilt anscheinend nicht für die Caddys. Die Wege werden oft als Rennstrecken genutzt und wir konnten einmal gerade noch einen Zusammenstoß vermeiden. Die hier genannten Punkte beziehen sich nur auf diesen Platz. Wir waren schon oft auf Sandaya Plätzen und werden das auch weiterhin machen!

The pitch and the whole of the campsite was very scruffy. Our pitch had a big whole in it, long grass and weeds, bushes and trees that needed cutting back. There is noticeably a big lack of staff. The swimming pool was closed for 2 hours every day at lunchtime which caused a lot of anger with the campers. The restaurants were only open at lunchtime and evenings. Wifi although was good was expensive and should really be free. I went to a Yelloh Village site afterward and it was in complete contrast to Sandaya. Free wifi, tidy pitches and campsite, a lot of staff and gardeners. The reception, pools, bar and restaurants were open and serving all day long. Unless Sandaya improve to the standard of Yelloh Village then I won't be using their campsites anymore.
