Our magic treehouse was not magic. Very uncared for , dark and did not look a lot like the like the pictures online , the trees around it had grown so much that we had very little view and it was pretty dark in the treehouse, we were most disappointed. We raised a complaint through the company website and as yet they have nor replied. I did not se on the website that the pool area is limited to around about 90 people, so frustratingly we had to queue and wait to get In .

Wir hatten ein 3 Muschel-Bungalow für 3 Nächte gebucht. Sämtliche Möbel waren angestoßen oder aufgeq

Wir hatten ein 3 Muschel-Bungalow für 3 Nächte gebucht. Sämtliche Möbel und die Kücheneinrichtung waren angestoßen und/oder aufgequollen, die Unterkunft war schlecht gereinigt ( zur Krönung lag ein völlig verschimmelter Holzlöffel in der Spülmaschine) und der Boden war an vielen Stellen kaputt. Wir haben uns überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt und waren froh, dass wir nur zum Schlafen den Bungalow nutzen mussten. Das Preis-\Leistungsverhältnis mit über 200,00 EUR pro Nacht inkl. Endreinigung ist selbst für August eine Frechheit. Die Lage des Campingplatzes ist allerdings hervorragend für einen Paris Aufenthalt und auch der kleine Supermarkt ist gut sortiert und hat sehr freundliches Personal.

Estuvimos hace 15 dias,habia alquilado una parcela para autocaravana,cuando llegamos la parcela tenia 3 arboles en la entrada,pedimos para cambiarla ya que nos venia muy justo entrarla,el chico que nos atendio llamo a otro por el walki y oimos.que le decia si no les va bien que se vayan,no nos la cambiaron.entramos la carabana rozando por todos los arboles.Al rato de estar alli fuimos a la piscina infantil que el suelo esta fatal porque resbala mucho y mi hija de tres años se resbalo y se dio en la cabeza y se hizo una brecha,en el libro que te dan dice que hay enfermeria pero nones verdad,hay que llamar a un medico para que venga pero tampoco me ofrecieron la opcion,tuvimos que llamar a un taxi para llevar a mi hija al hispital para suturar la brecha,el taxi nos costo 60?.Aparte no hay cobertura en el campig te dicen que hay wifi de pago que pagamos y tampoco va bien,me queje y nos devolvieron el dinero.Este camping es un desastre no volveremos

Waschhäuser meistens ohne Toilettepapier, immer ohne Seife an den Waschkabienen. Komplett gesperrt bei Reinigung, verweist auf die anderen Waschhäuser ohne Toilettenpapier oder überfüllt. Keine ordentliche Reinigung der WC Kassette am Chemie-WC möglich da nur ein Wasserhahn ohne Schlauch montiert ist. Chemie-WC direkt neben den Spülen positioniert.

We were pleased to get home so that I could get some sleep. I did complain to reception, who said you?ve tried. But your neighbours mean we will not be back. They?ve cost you our repeat business.
