GYM needs badly refurbished, updated, its very very poor standard more free weights, cardo equipment, workout mats etc etc and better policed, as young children run in and out of it. Pool bar area with food selection and quality is poor. Wifi needs to be better as some areas its non existent. Very overpriced as well for a stay, accommodation, on site shop and services have really increased.

(ohne typisch deutsch sein zu wollen) der TÜV hätte ihn dicht gemacht. Auch gab es eine 220V Kabeltrommel direkt am Pool, als der Pool voll war ... . Die Entfernung zu einem schönen Strand war zu groß.

Sehr schöner Platz, leider dreckige Badezimmer auf Stellplatz

Super flexibler checkin, hilfreiches Personal an der Rezeption, viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten und ein durchdachter Platz. Wir hatten jedoch einen Platz mit Sanitärgebäude gebucht, welches sehr schmutzig (Toilette, Dusche) war. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption, wann dies gereinigt wird, erhielten wir die Info, dass es bereits ?sauber? sei. Das war schade!

Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten in den kleinen Duschen, keine Seife, meistens kein Klopapier, teilweise keine Klobürsten vorhanden und ständig dreckige Sanitäranlagen. Abwaschbereich nicht überdacht. Für den Preis kann man deutlich mehr erwarten. Platz und Lage super, Personal freundlich. Essen in den Restaraunts fantastisch, auch für Vegetarier*innen geeignet, kaum für Veganer*innen.

Hinzu kam, dass ein Waschhaus Abflussprobleme hatte und es deshalb in der näheren Umgebung, und dazu zählte leider auch unser Stellplatz, zu starker Geruchsbelästigung kam. Das war leider ziemlich unangenehm. Ich denke, wenn man in einem Mobilheim wohnt, kann man auf der Anlage einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbringen, denn ansonsten macht die Anlage einen schönen Eindruck.

Aún necesita mejorar ,pero recomendable

Gracias a la recepcionista Mar ,empatica,simpática y super amable ante cualquier consulta o problema expuesto. La animación de 10 ,un grupo excepcional. La limpieza bien ,aunque considero que el bloque sanitario debería de reformarse íntegro. Y la gestión ,cuando hay algún problema ,deja mucho que desear ,ya que tuvimos problemas con un día de lluvia y aún estamos esperando a que nos pregunten si necesitamos algo. Las calles poco iluminadas y el camino a sanitarios sin adoquinar ,sales de la ducha y te manchas con el suelo.

Pleasant stay despite cleanliness and upkeep of pool area

We had an enjoyable stay, we found all the staff very pleasant. The Aquatic centre should be cleaner. The indoor structure had cobwebs dust and dirt everywhere. The windows/glass did not look like it had been cleaned in quite a while. All around the lazy river there was Algae on the walls/tiles. The standard of the 'fresh' bakery products in the shop are not up to the usual Sandaya standard. Our cabin was grand and the sports facilities were good. While our kids are getting a little older the animation efforts were not as good as other sites we have stayed at in France.

Manque de poubelles dans les allées du camping. Entrée pour piscine salle. Désagrément avec la douche, pendant 15 jours douche écossaise. Pas de checking d arrivée, fuite robinet cuisine, et pommeau de douche défectueux. Heureusement personnel accueillant, et ambiance animation chaleureuse. Très déçu nous n y reviendrons pas.
