Good family time

We really enjoyed our stay at your park, this is our second time in Aloha. The environment is very clean, there is enough for Adults and children to do in park, it is very close to several towns for shopping. We would visit again.

Cosas a mejorar

Siempre es un gusto la estancia en el camping aunque este año dos aspectos negativos. El check-in nefasto. El primer año que fuimos pusieron recepción en la zona parking para fast check-in y fue todo más fluido. Las dos siguientes estancias no. No sirve de nada llevar el check-in hecho on line si tengo que hacer la misma cola que el resto y esperarme una hora o más. Debo esperar el check-in de los que no lo llevan hecho con lo que supone la toma de datos, dnis, preguntas...que es lentísimo ( mínimo 10-15 minutos por estancia) y el mío al llegar al mostrador se hace en dos minutos por estar preparado. Aspecto muy importante a mejorar. El otro aspecto negativo es que con la ampliación de zonas de bungalows la piscina estaba desbordada...muchísima gente para el tamaño de la piscina y número de tumbonas. Ampliais zonas de alojamiento pero los servicios son los mismos y se saturan.

Great holiday just a couple of little issues

Lights not on at night and nearest toilets closed. Also we were given a pitch with a two-pin European plug which we’ve never come across before in many years French camping. The staff were very helpful but it was an issue we didn’t enjoy having, especially as we arrived around 21.15h

Entrance to pitch too small for motorhome due to intrusive fencing on the pitch. We sustained damage

Entrance to pitch too small for motorhome due to intrusive fencing on the pitch. We sustained damage to our vehicle on the fencing. We observed all the large motorhomes experiencing the same problems, avenues very narrow which did not aid easy access to pitch. Noted one motorhome owner had the fencing removed so he could reverse into pitch, wish we had done this as then we wouldn't have damaged our vehicle. Mini buses speeding around the camp for the paragliding clubs caused a lot of dust and potential danger for children.
