Como llegué a las 20.00 horas, la recepción estaba cerrada y nadie respondió nunca a mis llamadas al teléfono de atención al cliente. Me sorprendió que no hubiera más alternativa que pasar la noche sin sábanas ni toallas. Tampoco había ni siquiera un rollo de papel higiénico en el alojamiento. Al día siguiente a mi llegada, fui a la recepción y me dieron tanto la ropa de cama como las toallas. El comienzo fue malo pero el resto de la estancia fue satisfactoria. Repetiré en otra ocasión reservando un alojamiento de cuatro conchas o superior, con la esperanza de encontrar al llegar ropa de cama, toallas y papel higiénico.

Sadly ants crawling over all the beds in the caravan. No brush or mop to clean it. After requesting brush and mop, we were given mop and brush heads with no handles! Coffee maker was leaking. Overall we did have a good holiday though.
