Infrastruktur TOP. Personalverhalten teilweise FLOP

Bis auf ein Ereignis war alles TOP! Aber am 2. letzten Tag wurden vor dem Bungalow die abgeschlossenen Fahrräder im Wert von über € 4000.- gestohlen. Und den Support diese wieder zu finden war lausig! Alle Aktivitäten mussten gefordert, überwacht und kontrolliert werden. Aus unerklärlichen Gründen waren auf dem nigelnagelneuen Camping auch keine Videoaufzeichnungen von den Ausgängen vorhanden.

El alojamiento que tuvimos para 3 personas era viejo, estaba sucio y no tenía ni un ventilador con el calor que hacía. La recepción dijo que si querías una climatización tenías que pagar aparte 12? por día. Estoy de acuerdo que las piscinas y la playa artificial són bonitos pero por mí este camping no merece 5*

Animation team very lazy and seemed to spend more time wishing to cancel activities than run them. Beach area advertised as private but it was not and there was no evidence of any monitoring of who was using the beach area. Too many dogs not under control on the beach. Pool area looks done but the concept of having to pay to use it makes no sense and just another example of Sanadaya looking to layer more costs on guests! Reception either didn't have information or provided incorrect information when asked questions. Wifi good but very expensive. No bike hire on site and had a bad experience with the 'partner' bike hire shop.

Gute Lage, Stellplätze sind ok. Insgesamt jedoch aufgrund der schlecht gereinigten (es stinkt!) und teilweise schadhaften Sanitäranlagen nicht zu empfehlen! Poolanlage war ebenfalls nicht sauber - am 3. Tag unseres Aufenthaltes sogar gänzlich geschlossen! Wir werden diesen SANDAYA Campingplatz weder erneut besuchen und schon mal gar nicht weiterempfehlen!
