Poor level of services at the site. No food or restaurant despite a snack bar being advertised in literature. Animation team very lazy and seemed to spend more time wishing to cancel activities than run them. Beach area advertised as private but it was not and there was no evidence of any monitoring of who was using the beach area. Too many dogs not under control on the beach. Pool area looks done but the concept of having to pay to use it makes no sense and just another example of Sanadaya looking to layer more costs on guests! Reception either didn't have information or provided incorrect information when asked questions. Wifi good but very expensive. No bike hire on site and had a bad experience with the 'partner' bike hire shop.
