Having been to this campsite pre-covid, we understood it had changed hands and would be different. We camped in our motorhome, and although the location is lovely - the quality has changed. The space to get your motorhome/caravan onto the pitch isn’t wide enough. Many people couldn’t get in and needed help, we didn’t see one caravan get in without help. The new toilet block was dirty, drains full or hair, people’s spit in the sinks - it was disgusting. The older toilet block was much better and cleanliness seemed to be maintained throughout.

The lake and Annecy was beautiful. However the campsite facilities where minimal, when it rained the snack bar closed, no indoor bar for poor weather, no onsite restaurants, campsite pitches extremely tight for large vehicles with marking posts installed in appropriate positions

Das Sanitärhaus stand ständig unter Wasser. Der Kanal war verstopft, doch das interessierte keinen. Ein Waschbecken war voll Wasser. Dieser Zustand war als wir ankamen und nach einer Woche, war das Waschbecken immer noch nicht repariert. Man hätte nur einmal den Siphon reinigen müssen. Fürchterlich war der Lärm im Sanitärhaus. Die Türen werden permanent zugestossen. Einfache Silikonnoppen würde Abhilfe bringen.

Pitches packed together too tightly compared to other Sandaya sites. Lack of privacy. Tired accommodation. No fire extinguishers. Hadn?t been swept under the beds. Not the cleanest. Both children sustained significant cuts on vents at pool, and lifeguards said they were not able he only ones!! This should have been rectified! It’s dangerous!!!

Good for the kids, not so much for the adults - pitch was not flat and just mud with no grass, located right next to the entrance so woken up at 6am by bin collections, and broken lock on shower door which a group of kids knew so kicked it in whilst I was showering.

I have stayed in a couple of you sites this being th far worse . Entertainment was poor amd staff rude

The house was nice but it was raining during our stay and the pool from the pictures on the website is ?forbidden? for children and the kids club was closed for the weekend so there was really nothing for children to do.

Wir waren in einer Lodge untergebracht. Die zugehörigen sanitären Anlagen war sehr unsauber, versifft und völlig veraltet. Es war ekelig, diese zu nutzen! Einmal ist die Toilette hoch gekommen. Als der Pumpwagen (LKW) fertig war, musste wir das von Fekalien verdreckte Bad selbst reinigen. Der Abfluss der Dusche war ständig verstopft. Die Kacheln waren komplett speckig, dreckig und unhygienisch. Die Lodge war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und entsprach nicht ansatzweise der von Vacansolei ausgewiesenen Einrichtung für Safari-Zelte. Von Glamping keine Spur. Jeden Abend war die Animation bis 23:30 Uhr, manchmal sogar bis 24:00 Uhr so extrem laut, dass wir in der Lodge unser eigenes Wort nicht verstehen konnten. Aufgrund der extremen Lautstärke konnten wir keine Nacht vor 00:30 Uhr schlafen gehen. Morgens hat uns dann ab 7:00 Uhr der Laubbläser geweckt. Unsere Nachbarn, ebenfalls in einer Lodge untergebracht, hatten zwei kleine Kinder im Alter von 2 und 4 Jahren. Diese haben sich mehrfach eine Unterkunft außerhalb des Campings gesucht, damit die Kinder endlich einmal schlafen konnten!!! Unser Urlaub war eine totale Katastrophe, ein absoluter Reinfall und unter diesen Umständen viel zu teuer!

Having previously stayed at a Sandaya resort on the Rose Granite coast we expected them all to be of similar standard. We felt let down by this one. The staff were lovely but there weren?t enough of them so queues to get food were way too long. The website shows climbing walls and high ropes courses but it?s not until you arrive that you are told these aren?t open on weekends. It was just a very average site and not worthy of the Sandaya name in our opinion.

El control del uso de hamacas, que están ocupadas por toallas, gafas, chinchetas… no es posible tumbarse un rato. Hay muy poca sombra en la zona de la piscina. Si hay alertas por mal tiempo, sería de agradecer que se avisara a los campistas, un detalle. La calidad de lo baños no es la adecuada, el agua caliente/fría a veces imposible de regular, goteras, poca iluminación, inadecuado mantenimiento (tapas de inodoro, teléfono de la ducha…) La potencia del enchufe de la parcela es escasa. Como aspecto positivo e tamaño de las parcelas. La zona deportiva podría mejorar ostensiblemente, es escasa para el tamaño del camping, y también el horario. Con el clima caluroso sería de agradecer que estuviera abierta más allá de las nueve de la noche. El personal en general muy amable.

Todo muy masificado, limpieza inexistente a la llegada ,lo mejor la animación.

The pitch was very difficult to access and totally exposed to the sun. The electrics for the pitch tripped repeatedly meaning the air conditioning in our caravan could not cool us down. We left early as a result.

The pitch was a mud bath with no grass left on it. The pitch sloped away from the road meaning the water soaked the pitch. The site is over grown making it very tight with little sunlight able to get through to our pitch inparticular.
