Sadly we booked what we thought was a premium pitch , as we have done the previous times we have been there. Apparently this wasn?t the case , so we didn?t have the luxuries that we thought we?d get. Also the cottage was full of ants and looked very tired. Which was a shame. And the price was more expensive than when we did have this as a premium , so assumed this has just gone up which if it was what we?d had previously would have been fine.

La atención por parte del personal de recepción y del supermercado ha sido excelente pero las instal

La atención por parte del personal de recepción y del supermercado ha sido excelente pero las instalaciones no han sido de mi agrado. Los baños no tenían gel para las manos y solo vi personal de limpieza por la mañana con lo que al final del día (debido al comportamiento incívicos de los huéspedes) los baños estaban muy sucio. Por la noche era horrible la de cucarachas que te encontrabas mientras fregabas o lavabas la ropa, fue asqueroso estar más pendiente que no se te subiera ninguna a que quedara limpia la vajilla. El ruido constante de la animación hizo que no disfrutara del silencio y casualmente el tiempo en el que estuve el tobogán estaba cerrado. He estado en otros Sandaya y la verdad que me esperaba más de este. Es un camping de tercera nada de risort. Lo peor, las cucarachas.

Gute Lage um Paris zu besichtigen. Leider sind die sanitären Anlagen deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, überall ist etwas defekt. Die Reinigung erfolgt regelmäßig aber nur flüchtig. Die Stellplätze sind klein und nicht sehr gemütlich. Ich würde den Platz nicht weiterempfehlen, viel zu teuer für den niedrigen Standard.

Disappointed with the size of the pitches they seemed to be crammed in, and it wasn’t even high season. the number of sanitary facilities did not seem adequate. The sign posting to the site on arrival in the village was poor……we drove all round the village until we found a sign for the campsite

It was not as clean as Cypsela, appeared more overcrowded and the life guards were of no use whatsoe

It was not as clean as Cypsela, appeared more overcrowded and the life guards were of no use whatsoever . It?s the parents job to ensure the safety of the pool however the lifeguards may as well I have not been there. Slow service at the snack bar with one new girl extremely rude, the area coming out of the water park was dirty. However the staff on reception were super friendly and helpful and the staff in the shop amazingly helpful and kind.
