Amazing customer service
Thander went above and beyond to help my son out with his frames that needed replacing. We needed to use his lenses, as we were on a very tight time frame. Thander and her colleague went out of their way to meticulously check every frame in the store to find a frame that would fit.
Thank you so much for your consideration and help and turning this around in super quick time. We will be back and highly recommend to anyone

I regularly come to the Optical Centre for eye test and have bought many pairs of prescription glasses from you. Staff today were really grumpy . Not the usual smiley service that we normally get. Quite unhelpful, just terrible customer service. Will check who is working next time I come in.

Amazing store with lovely staff and professional customer service. I have bought a couple of pairs of glasses and they’re top quality. I also brought a pair of glasses that needed a couple screws in the frame to secure the lens and they repaired it free of charge both times. Should of asked the staff for their name to commend them on the review
I did the hearing test with Nikki and I highly recommend. Nikki gave a good summary and explanation how hearing works, and gave recommendations how to prevent issues in the future.

Je recommande vivement cette succursale de la rue Laurier. J’ai été accueillie puis accompagnée par Manon, qui a pris son temps pour m’aider à naviguer au travers des différents modèles, car il y a beaucoup de beaux choix. Elle a non seulement l’œil, mais aussi le coeur à la bonne place, offrant un service empreint d’écoute, de gentillesse, d’ouverture et de simplicité. Optical centre really are exceptional. Their service has been first class & very professional. When there have been issues they haven’t hesitated to rectify them with no cost to myself. I highly recommend them #customerforlife

It’s all about service and knowledge! I’ve never had someone explain and show me how glasses were made or even the proper way to clean them! The manager and team are very helpful and know their stuff. Would definitely recommend.
