Unseriöse Aufpreise

Meine Frau hatte telefonisch einen aufpreispflichtigen Stellplatz am Wasser gebucht. Da der Campingplatz am Fluss liegt würden wohl 99% aller Personen davon ausgehen, daß hiermit auch der Fluß gemeint ist. In der Realität war es dann ein 1m breites stehendes Gewässer welches in einem Tümpel endet. Eine Reklamation bei der Rezeption ergab nur, daß man da leider nichts machen könnte. Der Platz selber war schön, aber man hat immer im Hinterkopf, daß man übers Ohr gehauen wurde. Der Platz hat zwar kurzfristig ein paar Euro mehr verdient, aber langfristig werden wir CP dieser Gruppe meiden, da wir diese Vorgehensweise unseriös finden.

Camping Sandaya L’Île des Papes Villeneuve-lès-Avignon

Great location!

Lovely camp, pool area is great especially for toddlers (separate large area). Restaurant and bar staff are lovely and the service is excellent. Great for visiting Avignon, Nimes and Pont du Gard.

Las instalaciones muy bien, mi experiencia y el servicio pésimo, me metieron en un bungalow que no era el que había solicitado, aún así rogué me cambiaran a otro aunque tuviera que pagar la diferencia, me dijeron que no, que de ser así pagara dos reservas. Mi triste y deprimente bungalow ( los de la entrada ) estaba sucio y con una plaga de hormigas voladoras en el baño, le pedí a la encargada porfavor fuera a verlo y me dijo que no, que ahora irían con un poco de spray... me tuvieron 1 hora y media esperando desesperada sin que nadie me ayudara o diera solución, hasta que finalmente accedieron a cambiarme al de al lado, pero no a otra zona. He de decir que tampoco comprobaron con el dni como hicieron con el resto mi registro. Eramos un grupo de 15 padres y fuí la única que sufrió esta situación sin que la responsable en ese momento accediera o me diera ningún tipo de ayuda o solución

Wir hatten im Großen und Ganzen einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt auf dem Campingplatz. Für die heftige Mückenplage, die uns die Zeit etwas unangenehmer gemacht hat, kann man den Campingplatz nicht verantwortlich machen. Der Platz ist sauber, das personalfreundlich und bei Problemen (Bei unserem Whirlpool war zwischenzeitlich die Pumpe kaputt) Bekommt, bekommt man schnell und kompetente Hilfe. Führe unsere Kinder ( vier und sechs Jahre) War der Poolbereich allerdings etwas zu unspektakulär. Besonders der große hätte sich über ein paar mehr rutschen, sehr gefreut. Beim vorhandene separate rutschen Bereich War das Wasser leider nicht geheizt und somit Wirklichkeit kalt. Der Strand war super fußläufig zu erreichen. Ich würde den Campingplatz auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen, vor allem für Erwachsene, die sich noch etwas Ruhe sehen oder für Familien mit Kindern unter vier Jahren.
