As a very fussy customer, they have been exceptionally patient with me and provided amazing customer service / care. With a wide range of branded frames I had selected not one but TWO frames with the help of their assistant ( can’t remember name sorry!) i am beyond grateful for all their help thank you thank you!!
You can’t beat them for excellent service , choice of frames , knowledge , and understanding your tastes and needs . I have been to all the high street opticians and was totally impressed by this one … particularly for the service I received .
Staff are friendly, very accomodating, very patient to my needs.

D'abord, je peux dire que j'ai reçu un service personnalisé, chaleureux et très professionnel. Ils ne sont pas là que pour nous vendre des lunettes, ils sont là pour que nous soyons satisfaits de nos choix. D'une grande gentillesse, ils m'ont aidé dans mes choix en plus de remplacer gratuitement les vieilles plaquettes du pont d'une paire de lunettes achetées ailleurs. Tout le personnel est avenant, leurs prix sont excellents et leurs choix de montures sont des plus jolis et variés. Je me suis procuré de Orlinski, je vous les recommande!!!

I had been wearing glasses with the same lens power for over a decade, even though my eyes have a slight prescription difference (+1.5 / +1.25). When I ordered new glasses with the correct, different powers, I experienced significant discomfort and was unable to adapt to them.
Instead of simply turning me away, the team went above and beyond. They listened patiently to my concerns, conducted a thorough optometric test, and I even had a consultation with their ophthalmologist to discuss the issue in detail. Understanding my unique situation and long-term adaptation, they made the decision to remake both pairs of my glasses with identical lenses, free of charge.
This was not a simple exchange; it was a demonstration of true customer care. They prioritized my comfort and health over strict policy, showing flexibility and a deep understanding that every patient's needs are individual.
Thank you so much to the entire team for your professionalism, empathy, and for providing a solution that truly works for me. I highly recommend Optical Center to anyone looking for a practice that truly cares about its customers.

Amazing customer service
Thander went above and beyond to help my son out with his frames that needed replacing. We needed to use his lenses, as we were on a very tight time frame. Thander and her colleague went out of their way to meticulously check every frame in the store to find a frame that would fit.

Amazing store with lovely staff and professional customer service. I have bought a couple of pairs of glasses and they’re top quality. I also brought a pair of glasses that needed a couple screws in the frame to secure the lens and they repaired it free of charge both times. Should of asked the staff for their name to commend them on the review
I did the hearing test with Nikki and I highly recommend. Nikki gave a good summary and explanation how hearing works, and gave recommendations how to prevent issues in the future.
