A Great Optical Experience

I have been into Optical Centre a few times now, and I keep going back.

The ranges are extensive, there are always decent offers on, and the service is always exemplary.

Today I was just picking up some glasses and choosing a new pair to replace some broken ones (from somewhere else I may add, who weren't anywhere near as friendly or professional).

I always feel I am in good safe hands.

And the glasses are great.

All the staff have been lovely, but today it was Aminder's turn to deal with me, and she was a delight.

Excellent service, warren from the moment I walked through the door to when I received my glasses, he always treated me and my needs extremely well. His attention to detail and communication was 7*. Eye exam was so through and the optician was kind and tried everything to make sure the prescription was 100% accurate. Excellent service overall areas.

The customer service is on point! There was good follow up from my phone call enquiry when I arrived in store and they were really warm and kind. They helped me find a deal within my price point and even offered tea and coffee

Friend and helpful team!

Great experience. The shop has a good selection and the lady that was helping me was very patient and knowledgable. Got 2 pair of glasses and one sunglasses. It was ready to collect within a few days and again came back for collection being greeting by a very friendly and helpful team!
