As a new customer I am delighted with all aspects of my experience at the Optical Centre in Staines. All the staff are friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. It can be tricky finding the right frames and navigating the plethora of lens options but they made it such a pleasure. Thank you to the lovely team.

Visited the branch in Stains. Couldn't have gotten better service! The most friendly and helpful staff ever, even when they were busy and rushed of there feet. Daniela was lovely and very thorough when doing my eye test. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. Big Thank you to who was ever so patient and lovely aswell when deciding which glasses to purchase. She didn't rush me or get annoyed while I was taking a long time to decide which to choose from. She was so calm and helpful, she made me feel at ease and comfortable while I was deciding on what purchase to make. Highly recommended everyone to visit them . 10/10 experience!
