The person who installed our alarm was just amazing.
He was very professional, helpful, courteous and explained every part of the alarm system in detail so we understood it all, and he was very polite to and easy to understand.
He also respected our home when he came here and the people in it, and nothing was too much trouble and was so willing to help us/me when I asked him a few times some information I had forgotten ( short term memory is not too great ). He also made a note of things for me on the Verisure form I had here, just in case I forgot it again. He also explained in detail everything to my daughters and helped set everything up on the phone with the apps. He was an absolute pleasure to have him in our home and do our installation.

Installation of security system was non invasive,very timely and staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly before they left.
Information needed post installation was provided and they (Chrissy) carved out another time out or their busy schedule to visit and clarify the information regarding the system
The security system is easy to grasp and operate as well.
