The person who installed our alarm was amazing. He was very professional, helpful and courteous, explaining every part of the alarm system in detail so we understood it all, and he was very polite too and easy to understand. He also respected our home when he came here and the people in it, nothing was too much trouble and he was so willing to help us/me when I asked him a few times some information I had forgotten ( short term memory is not too great ). He also made a note of things for me on the Verisure form I had here, just in case I forgot it again. He also explained in detail, everything again to my daughters when they came in and helped set everything up on the phone with the apps and explained how they worked. It was an absolute pleasure to have him in our home and do our installation and we would recommend Verisure to others. To Note: the response team on the phone are also amazing too, so friendly and helpful and I/we are so happy we opted for a Verisure alarm set up.
