Bought two pairs of sunglasses with two pairs of prescription glasses, there was an offer on which was unbeatable anywhere else, the service was absolutely amazing, will not go anywhere else after visiting the store. Staff go above and beyond to help, there was a little bit of a discrepancy over, adding a prescription lens on one of the pairs to start with, but that was rectified straight away and put right, I travelled from Reading to come to the store and would highly recommend to friends and family moving forward. I sol happy with my service

Customer service is on the highest level, waiting time for my bifocals was as promised one week. The centre is modern, clean and welcoming. Overall an amazing experience. From walking into the store in Staines to the following week for my eye tests and choosing my glasses everyone was super helpful and friendly, I had a great experience overall and they managed to get my glasses ready within a week as I'm about to head out the country for an extended period of time and was chuffed to collect them ahead of leaving.
