From walking into the store in Staines to the following week for my eye tests and choosing my glasses everyone was super helpful and friendly, I had a great experience overall and they managed to get my glasses ready within a week as I'm about to head out the country for an extended period of time and was chuffed to collect them ahead of leaving.
