Popped in to store today to see if I could get a replacement missing pin for my glasses. Was met with a helpful assistant Jo who popped a new pin in with no bother. Super friendly and very helpful

I visited the store in Colliers Wood and the optical ...

I visited the store in Colliers Wood and the optical expert Crina was amazing.

She fixed 2 pairs of expensive glasses which the Louis Vuitton shop refused to fix and done them both within about 5 minutes.

I have not been able to wear them in an around 1 year because of this and now she has sorted the problem.

Highly recommend and is great at her job.
