I liked the information they gave me I was a little worried about the camera in my living room I didn’t want it taking pictures of me they explained it wouldn’t they answered all my questions I liked what I heard it made me feel very safe so I said yes the gentleman rang someone they came very quickly fitted everything cleaned everything up showed me how to work the box and fobs middle page tells you the buttons must admit I looked though book four different shields in book three he fully explained why that’s only thing that I didn’t get I’m totally happy with everything and most importantly I feel safe as I live on my own and are housebound all I could ask for
