Your representative arrived at the agreed time took care to explain everything involved in the process and most importantly there was no hard sell at all which it self is unusual these days upon our agreement to go ahead with the installation a time was agreed for your engineer to carry out the work and he arrived exactly on the time agreed left no mess and then took time to explain everything we needed to know
