Installation was pretty smooth going. One of the sensors was put in the wrong place (fixed to the wall) and then moved; leaving drill holes in the wall. Thankfully the room is due to be decorated so it's really not an issue, but if it wasn't it would have been quite annoying and would have required holes to be filled and redocoration required.

The engineer Adauto was very friendly and took it upon himself to answer text messages out of office hours and I am very pleased with the installation as a whole. There is ongoing after support if need be. They don't just install and let you get on with it. They are always at the end of the phone. I know how to use the system properly now. I am a happy customer.
