Wonderful Family stay.

Wonderful stay, a truly wonderful holiday with wonderful memories made. We did encounter a few areas which we were not overly impressed with, firstly our receptionist Bryan who checked us in was extremely aloof, unhelpful and gave us the wrong directions to our lodge, after 8 in the evening with four children and luggage and no car!!!! Not very impressive. Also by the end of our stay there was a very strong smell in our lodge coming from the sanitation system. We did inform reception and someone came out but the smell was worse when he left. And finally a point which has been highlighted many times but the children's entertainment we encountered had no English. Our children didn't mind or notice-just would be nice for them to understand what is being said.
