Very poor pitch (A2) near multisport constant thud of balls , noise till after 11pm most nights and ball struck motorhome very hard. Asked to move pitches and despite several available only offered C3bis as it was the only other Caravan and Motorhome allocated pitch available. It was a very poor pitch - worse than the lower priced 3* pitches as it was markedly sloped so unable to put the motorhome on the pitch properly could only level it on the part gravelled entry point and settled for that so had a tree halfway along motorhome so could not use the windout awning. Also the electric box was falling off the wooden post and the cover was loose leaving exposed electrical wiring - very unsafe with small children around but not a problem for me.
