Very disappointed with pitch. Premium pitch at ?38 per night was unkept, uneven , dark and dingy. Why on earth would you put premium pitches adjacent to main road and car park ! Excessive noise and constant banging from football/ basketball boards adjacent to pitch and excessive noise from staff cars arriving at 7:30 am with radios blasting out. Pool was far too hot as was lazy river , double slide was not in operation and pool area was not clean. Ridiculous marquee over one pool ( covered pool ) was a joke and much too oppressive in the hot weather. Toilets and showers were in no way adequate for the number of pitches. Advertised dog shower but staff had no idea where it was. All in all very disappointed in comparison to the other 5* sites we had stayed on in our 7 week holiday.
