The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt the safari tent could have had more facilities such as hooks for towels in the bathroom and an oven and or barbecue. We would have liked some larger glasses. The grounds were neglected with nettles and ugly bags around the plants. We thought there should have been more umbrellas for shade around the pool
