Our first experience on arrival we could not park our vehicle near our chalet as were on the Eaden site...this caused us much distress the heat was 32 we are pensioners and found it extremely difficult to walk all our luggage to chalet request for help was ignored...Luckily a cleaner saw our distress and helped us to unload.... the whole area was very tired and old...furniture was poor and kitchen stools rusty.... I took pictures to show reception but again was ignored...Only one sun lounger for four people...for the price we paid we were very disappointed and would not go again to this site.
