Everything was very good apart from one thing. Our safari lodge was located near the entertainment staff’s cottages, we had to put up with several nights of loud screams, shouting, banging music, sounds of simulating sex up until 4am, approached by them to ask if they can use of bbq charcoals at midnight as they wanted to have a bbq. The response from both the reception managers and customer services has been pathetic.
