Broken electrical hook up paid for Wi-Fi didn?t work the first day and entertainment team jumping around on the stage and shouting so loud after the entertainment had finished at gone midnight, we didn?t realise that you were not allowed in side the pool area until 10am the gate was wide open so went to have a look I assume she was a member of staff started shouting at us but we didn?t understand her only realised when another member explained to us that it was closed,we complained to the office and they gave me a contact number and email address but I have not received any response from them,we paid for 8 nights and only stayed 3 we also paid for Wi-Fi for a week but only got 2 days,we reported the fault with the electricity hook up twice but still no one came to repair it
