The installation was absolutely fine. No problems at all with that. Efficient. Unintrusive. Quick. Nothing was too much trouble. The fitter was thoughtful and patient. Definitely 10 out of 10
However, when I had a problem a couple of weeks later the helpline was hopeless and on that experience I would not recommend Verisure at all. I was expected to rectify the problem myself by climbing up with screwdrivers and removing parts. I am 71 years old! No customer service there at all.
