Everything from the looking at the website, receiving the first phone call to setting up a consultation with a very knowledgeable company representative, to planning our requirements. On the day of our system installation, the two gents were again very knowledgeable, polite and courteous, explaining the whole time about the system and why an item was being placed where it was needed. Once they had finished fitting the system, they went through the whole process of how to operate it and made sure that we could operate the system.
