Veery helpful person came to explain things to me and the installation was arranged quickly. He came back to fit the door bell which I wasn't very sure about and took the time to explain how it all works. Now I have used it for a short while I am used to setting it and find everythin OK. I am 85 yrs old so it took a little time to get used to a new system. Would certainly recommend it to family and friends who are considering an alarm.
