When I contacted the company, I received an immediate response. The engineer who visited to give me information was very clear, easy to understand and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions. Installation was done within two days of my decision to purchase the product and Chris, the engineer has always been available to answer any questions I have and will visit when needed. I feel confident that the Verisure Security System will protect my property.
