I was, and still am, absolutely delighted with the service. Abdul could not have been more friendly, helpful and charming. He explained everything so clearly and when we called him back to go over it all for our daughter, he came back to our property at the time requested. He really does go above and beyond and we have full confidence in him helping us with anything else in the future. We are 100% happy with the service and the wonderful Abdul! The texts, the personal phone call to check that we are happy with everything, the chat online, have all been brilliant. We feel So safe with this system, it has transformed my life and is super easy to use. The video doorbell has been really useful, we had a contractor who stated he had called at the door for a gas check appointment and claimed there was no answer, we were happy to have the proof that he had NOT come to the house at all! In my whole life I have never EVER had such a superb service, thank you so very much.
