We stayed on a premium pitch with our caravan. The pitch was small and we couldn?t get everything on the pitch. The sanitary block was dirty and had sharp screws sticking out and an old worn out curtain. We hired a fridge but there was nowhere to plug it in. We raised all of these points with the manager but he basically said he didn?t care. ?Look around we are full? he was rude and unhelpful. We eventually got some help from a maintenance guy who came past. We have been to Sandaya quite a few times now. I?ve never been so disappointed. Our pitch was old and dirty and we were charged the same as others who had new refurbished pitches.
