The pitch was not clean & tidy, we paid for a wash block that looked like it had been dumped on the pitch unfinished. It was extremely unsafe with the outside sink less then a step backwards to fall down a good few feet below (Accident waiting to happen). The piches in the video looked great but this is not the reality. The pool was massively overcrowded and not fit for purpose with the size of the site, the bottom pool was sectioned off for games making it even smaller. The slide is unsafe, it said u should go down with a float there were teenagers running down it, mass groups of kids all going down at the same time. Accident waiting to happen. Extremely disappointed with the site. The check in was not great, we were not given the key to our washroom, bands for the park and the fridge we ordered in advance. We had to go back and chase them up. No directions to pitch ( not what u need when towing a twin wheel base caravan.
