The campsite was nice, and staff were very helpful when we arrived. Unfortunately, our hot water stopped working on our last evening (we only stayed 2 nights) I didn't know how to raise this issue at night, but I tried to raise it through the online complaints system. I was also concerned about our safety while we slept with a gas boiler which was faulty. I have not had a response from Sandaya about this, which I am disappointed about. It meant all of us were not able to take a shower or wash with warm water after a long day or before check out.
