The adapted bathroom in the handicapped mobile home needs a retractable seat fixed to the wall with arm rests. There is very little space in the small bedroom for a helper to assist a handicapped person into their wheelchair, due to the bunk bed. The dining table was too high by about 2 inches. Not possible to move the TV down to a comfortable position for a wheelchair user to see it. Not enough space to park a car and allow access for the handicapped person to get in.
