Pitch was poor. Only partly hard standing, other half was soil/sand so after a heavy rainfall directly outside the motorhome was mud ! Other pitches were fine with fully gravelled areas, this was a particularly poor pitch. We did visit reception who advised it would be reported, however having waited 24 hours with no resolution we revisited reception to be advised the problem couldn't be rectified with only option to use this feedback !
