Perfect for a laid back holiday - we stayed end of June so the site was still very quiet. Accommodation was ok, for the first time ever we opted for the cheapest mobile which was fine for just two of us, but next time we will definitely go for a mobile with air conditioning! We did ask to move to another mobile with a larger garden area after our first night, and the reception team moved us that day with no quibbles - superb service. The grounds around the site were beautifully landscaped, planted and maintained. Safe, sheltered beach area, perfect for children, where we launched our Paddleboard from every day to explore the surrounding lake. Excellent restaurant on site, with superb food and exceptional service. Great views out across the lake, and very reasonably priced too. The spa / pool was very nice, although most of the guests were either unaware or chose to ignore the restrictions on children being in the pool - and on our last visit, we had to leave because the amount of chlorine in the water - it stung our eyes, and stripped the silver off my engagement ring, not good! The Sandaya reception team were excellent during our stay, particularly Logan, who helped us on a couple of occasions. A couple of very good restaurants in walking distance, particularly Docks du Lac where we had a memorable dinner. All in all, a great little week long break here, we love this particular part of the lake and have holidayed here on and off for 15 years, this site will now be our preferred destination in future.
