Overall my family had a great holiday and we made lots of memories. The accommodation (Gardenia apartment) was a great size and well equipped. Sadly, our room was not cleaned once by housekeeping in 12 days and I had to ask repeatedly for a change of towels (5 times in total). Given I paid a significant amount to stay in a 'prestige' apartment I would expect much better. Also, there is a separate reception for 'residence' guests, but it is completely pointless and soulless. The staff working on this dedicated reception seem nice, but are ill equipped to do their job. Final gripe is with the awful, rude, condescending bar staff. They would laugh and talk in French behind our back ( we are English) Don't both wasting your time or money in there - drive to one of the many towns for lunch or dinner. Pool area is great, but was very very busy when we went. However, kids loved it and spent many hours there.
