On first impressions we thought the camp site was very busy and cramped but we did have enough room
On first impressions we thought the camp site was busy and cramped but we did have enough room to pitch our huge tent (8mx8m) Water tap on pitch didn't work but was quickly fixed. Toilets and site in general were very clean. No litter, no queues. Same with swimming pool. Great slides and indoor area for the cooler days and plenty of deckchairs. Very nice fresh croissants and baguettes from the on site shop and well stocked with other essential items. We managed to buy a euro plug for the electric hook up which we needed which was a relief. All staff very nice too. Beach not far (10min walk) and good location for driving to the closest ferry (25min) and wartime memorials.
