Not ideal for tents - Lovely clean site, washing facilities and toilets were kept incredibly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Lovely clean site, washing facilities and toilets were kept incredibly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, I would not recommend this site for families wanting to stay in tents as the ground was pretty much impossible to get the pegs in, so when numerous heavy thunderstorms hit the site, our tent nearly took off as the 'hard ground' pegs wouldn't stay in the hard ground on the site. Sadly due to an intense heatwave, with no shade around the pool unless you wanted to pay extra charge, and no air conditioned areas, the bar and restaurant are not air conditioned. So there was nowhere for those in tents to find respite from the heat - so we left the site a week earlier than planned. I would go back to the site, but only in a camper, caravan or a lodge stay.
