Keys for the mobile were given 1 hr 1/2 late and not at the reception but ob the car park with barely no explanation about the campsite. The mobile home was not clean , long hair on bathroom floor and greasy hand marks all over the walls . Went to mention to reception. Cleaning manager was sorry and offered a compensation but it never came . Disappointed.
