Just as requested pitch by the lake and a well cared for site. For retired people the first weeks of September are great, peaceful and tranquil with the lake water still warm. The older toilet blocks are adequate with a good flow of water. The new and very comfortable shower blocks look great but with only a hopeless trickle of water from the taps. The recycling policy is non existent they seem to want you to take your assorted waste and rubbish to the central collection point and sort it out yourself, what a mess. No bin bags provided. School holidays site is packed and not for the older camper. Still great site in the middle of a forest miles from anywhere we loved it!
