Ignored and

Ignored. We emailed when booking and said we were a camping car, paid for a premium pitch and we’re given a pitch with two trees in the middle We found a suitable pitch walked back to the reception advising them. We realised that the replacement pitch was much cheaper not being Premium river front and emailed reception asking them to refund the difference. That email was ignored, as both the other emails we have sent since leaving the site! As the weather was bad, which is no fault of the campsite (although the could do something about the muddy pitches and rutted water logged roads) having paid in advance for four nights we left early on the second morning, our choice, happy to loose two paid nights, our choice, but even that was hard, reception had forgotten to put our camping car on the ANPR barrier system, so despite paying for four nights on a Premium pitch, and staying only two nights on a normal pitch, the system was holding us hostage. Not wishing to waste more travelling time we found a cleaner
